Children's Ministry Director

The role of the Summit Kids Director is to provide leadership, development, and direction for the Children’s Ministry staff and volunteers as it pertains to the mission and strategy of High Lakes Christian Church.

The Director is responsible for the implementation and development of programming for the spiritual formation of children and equipping parents to fulfill their calling as the primary spiritual leaders of their children. 

The Summit Kids Director provides direct oversight to all staff and volunteers, and all children from birth through 5th grade.
